Photographic Disclaimer and conditions for the OinK club night

We have two distinct strands to OinK. The conditions below relate to our Club Night specifically in DV8

There will be a designated selfie/photo area within the club. Please respect the privacy of others and do not take photos in other areas of the OinK club venue.

During the course of the night, we may take photographs or video for use on our website or in other promotional material. We keep an archive of images from our events as a historical record and for publicity purposes. We sometimes invite official photographers to take pictures at our events and by entering the venue you are agreeing to have your image taken, recorded, stored and reproduced.

We endeavour to ask before we take anyone’s photo but sometimes that is impossible, and we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background of an image, so please take responsibility yourself and move out of the photographer’s line of sight if you wish to be excluded. If we publish a picture of you which you would like us to remove please contact us at OutinKink@gmail.com and send a copy of the image(s) in question and we will endeavour to remove them within 48 hours of receiving the request.
